rooms were nice. we had issues with air conditioner and fridge not working. talked with staff,they said they would report issues to maint dept. they did not offer a discount on room for our issues..i even asked said they couldn't do anything. I asked if I could have a lower non holiday rate..no luck. emailed the company. their response was to offer me 25 bucks off a room next stay... no thanks, very disappointed in this branch.
Wabasha Minnesota great decor for the area. Hotel staff was super friendly and very helpful. Bed was large and comfortable. Shower had great water pressure Nice variety of good items. Staff kept food well stocked
I love this place! Always friendly and great service. The atmosphere makes me at ease after a long day of travel. Very good breakfast in the morning. I've stayed here for five times over the last few years never disappointed.
We love this hotel and stay there every year. Breakfast and dinner that they have for hunters during hunting season is great. I would say that some of the rooms need a little bit of upgrading and paint.
For the low price we paid, this hotel is incredibly nice. Clean, spacious rooms, a really good breakfast, and friendly employees. The pool and hot tub were really nice too. I'll definitely be back.
